Welcome to ChewTrue. By using www.chewtrue.com (the “Site”) and/or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders & Acceptance

  • When you place an order, you submit a purchase request for the products listed on our Site (the “Products”).

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason (e.g. product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud). If we reject an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

2. Production & Shipping

  • We will prepare your order within one business day, and under normal circumstances, the product will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Once we hand over the package to the carrier, the responsibility for delivery shifts to the carrier. We package carefully to preserve freshness, but we cannot guarantee delivery times or conditions once the package leaves our facility.

3. Use of Products

  • Products are intended for pets only — not for human consumption.

  • Customers must follow any feeding instructions. If your pet has special health conditions, consult a veterinarian before use.

4. Intellectual Property & Site Use

  • All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of ChewTrue (or its licensors).

  • You may browse and use the Site for personal, non‑commercial shopping only. Copying, distribution, or commercial reuse is prohibited without permission.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, ChewTrue provides Products “as is.” We do not make warranties (express or implied) about suitability, fitness for a particular purpose, or results.

  • We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Products (e.g. pet health issues, delays, loss).

  • Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

  • We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
