Shipping Policy

At ChewTrue, we carefully pack every order to help protect product quality during transit. All available items are fulfilled based on current inventory. If an item is sold out, it cannot be purchased until it is restocked.

Order Processing — Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Time — Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Estimated Delivery Timeline — In most cases, orders arrive within 3–6 business days from the time they are placed. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Scope — We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.

Packaging & Handling — Products are packed with care using secure packaging to help protect quality during transit.

Order Confirmation & Tracking — You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Sold-Out Items — Sold-out items are temporarily unavailable and cannot be added to your order until inventory is restocked.
