ChewTrue pet treats are produced at an FDA-registered facility in Hong Kong. Production follows international food safety standards, including GMP and HACCP, to help ensure high quality throughout ingredient handling, drying, and packaging.
After production, our treats are sealed to help protect quality and go through checks before being sent to our U.S. fulfillment warehouse. Most available items can then be delivered within the United States in 3–5 business days after shipment.
We use natural and organic ingredients whenever possible, including premium meats, fruits, vegetables, and herbs.

Many Chewtrue treats are made with single-protein sources, such as chicken, beef, or fish, along with natural ingredients. Our recipes are designed to reduce unnecessary exposure to common allergens such as wheat, corn, soy, dairy, and artificial fillers.
- For pets with mild food sensitivities, start with a small amount and observe your pet for 24–48 hours.
- Some products are grain-free or made with simpler ingredient profiles to help reduce allergy concerns.

ChewTrue treats are gently dehydrated, air-dried, or freeze-dried and sealed to help preserve flavor and quality.
- Unopened: Best flavor and quality are generally maintained for 6–12 months, depending on the product.
- After opening: Consume as soon as possible and store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate for extended freshness.
- All products go through microbiological safety testing to help ensure they remain safe within the stated shelf-life period.
Store treats in a sealed bag or airtight container, away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight.

Chewtrue treats are intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding only and are not a complete meal. Start with a small amount, especially when introducing a new product.

- If your pet has a sensitive stomach, introduce new treats gradually.
Many Chewtrue treats are suitable for dogs and cats over 3 months old, but suitability depends on the product's texture, size, and ingredients.

- For senior pets, choose options that are easier to chew.
- For harder chews or larger pieces, always supervise carefully.

If an item is sold out, it is temporarily unavailable and cannot be added to your order until inventory is restocked.

Ordering, Shipping & Wholesale
Most orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment warehouse to help ensure fast delivery within the United States.
Available items are fulfilled based on current inventory. If an item is sold out, it cannot be purchased until it is restocked.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
In most cases, please allow 3–6 business days from order placement to delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
We currently do not offer separate free samples or standalone trial packs. To try multiple flavors, you can choose small-pack subscriptions or variety bundles while still keeping each treat fresh.

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact customer support within the required time window and our team will help review the situation.
For a first-time treat purchase, if your pet does not enjoy a specific item, you may donate the remaining treats to a nearby stray dog community or rescue organization. After the donation is completed and confirmed, we can provide equal-value store credit so you can choose another ChewTrue treat.
Please note: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to donating the treats.
If a product arrives damaged, missing, or affected by a quality or shipping issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will review the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or reshipment when appropriate.
For food safety reasons, opened food items may not be eligible for standard returns unless there is a confirmed quality or shipping issue.
