Subscription & Cancellation Policy

If you have subscribed to our auto-ship program, you can manage, modify, pause, or cancel your subscription through your customer account or subscription portal.

To avoid being charged for the next scheduled order, subscription changes or cancellations should be made before the next billing date shown in your subscription portal.

For one-time purchase orders, cancellation requests are reviewed based on the actual order status. If an order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund. If the order has already shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and any refund request will be reviewed according to our store policy.

Sold-out items cannot be purchased until inventory is restocked. Subscription availability may depend on current inventory and product eligibility.
