Order not shipped yet

Unshipped orders may be eligible for cancellation and a full refund after review.

Order already shipped

Unopened shipped products may be reviewed for refund eligibility, but shipping fees are not refundable.

Opened product your pet did not enjoy

Opened products are not eligible for cash refunds. You may donate the remaining treats and apply for equal-value reward points after review.

Upload a clear photo showing the remaining product donation. The photo will be attached to this request as a secure review link.

Requests are reviewed based on order status, product condition, and ChewTrue policy. Donation credit is issued as reward points, not cash. If approved, credit is based on the actual amount paid for that product.
