Donation Compensation Application

If your pet does not enjoy a first-time Chewtrue treat purchase, you may donate the remaining product to a local rescue, shelter, stray animal community, or similar group and apply for reward points after review.

Before You Apply

  • Compensation is issued as Chewtrue reward points, not cash.
  • Points are based on the actual amount paid for the product.
  • Refunds, returns, replacements, and donation compensation cannot be combined for the same item.
  • Non-VIP customers may apply once per registered email or customer account.
  • VIP applications are reviewed case by case.
  • Chewtrue may reject incomplete or unusual applications.
